Dr. Cook completed his MD at Queen’s University in 1986, an Internal Medicine fellowship at the University of Toronto in 1995, and a Master’s in Public Health from the University of London in 2006. He served 20 years in the Canadian Forces Medical Services, retiring in 2003, and went on to work in executive health clinics before founding P3 Health Clinic in 2013 — an approach to care focused on being personalized, participatory, and preventive, with an integrative health philosophy.

Dr. Leyland graduated with distinction from the University of Guelph and with honours (Cody Silver Medalist) from the University of Toronto, and holds a Master’s in Health Care Management from Harvard. He is recognized nationally and internationally for his contributions to gynecological surgery, particularly minimally invasive techniques. He chairs the Gynecology Clinical Practice Committee of the Society of Obstetricians and Gynecologists of Canada and serves as President of the Society of Minimally Invasive Gynecologists of Canada.

Dr. Dibble graduated cum laude from the University of Western Ontario medical school in 1990, then trained in Internal Medicine and Cardiology in London, Ontario. He practices clinical cardiology with an emphasis on preventative medicine, and served as Physician Lead for the Division of Cardiology and Clinical Director of the Cardiovascular Program at Royal Victoria Regional Health Centre from 2012 to 2017. He is the author of a book on the climate crisis endorsed by astronaut Chris Hadfield, and serves as a Mentor for Climate Reality Canada.
